As a Health and Self-Care Coach, I have a high value for maintaining the trust and confidence of all visitors to my website, those signing up to join my mailing list and all coaching clients.

This Privacy Policy describes how, why and when I may collect your personal information and what I will do with it. It also contains information about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Your personal information and how it may be used

When you sign up for my mailing list and/or book a coaching session, you will entrust me with your name, email address and, if necessary, your phone number and/or address. I will never share this information without your permission and will never sell, trade or swap it with anyone else. I will not sign anyone up myself without their permission. You can unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of my emails.

Information collected via my website is held securely and confidentially and cannot be accessed by anyone other than me.

It will never be shared with any third party.

MailChimp will store a list of subscribers' email addresses so I can communicate with them. It will never be shared with any third party. MailChimp will also help me to know if my emails are helpful and interesting by monitoring when emails are opened and links contained in the email are clicked on.

The contact information I collect during use of the above will never be shared with any third party unless you request I do so.

Any financial information you share during the payment process will be held securely and confidentially and will never be shared with any third party.

I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Confidentiality

Any personal information you share with me during the course of coaching sessions will be confidential. I will never disclose any details about your personal life unless I am legally obliged to do so (e.g. for legal or safeguarding reasons).

Security of your personal information

The security of your personal information is important to me, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I and the services I provide strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies

This website has cookies to provide you with the best possible experience of using it. Cookies are small files which are saved to your device. The first time you visit this website, you will be invited to allow the use of cookies. If you choose to disallow cookies, you may not be able to use all parts of the website. Google Analytics

I use a service called Google Analytics to automatically collect standard information about the behaviour patterns of visitors to my website. This helps me to know what information on the website is most helpful and interesting and enables me to improve the services I provide. Google Analytics only collects anonymous data such as the countries where visitors are located, when they visit, how often they visit etc. You cannot be identified by me or any other party from data collected in this way. Your privacy rights

The majority of personal information I use will have been provided by you directly.  You can withdraw consent for me to use your personal information by contacting me at mj@healanicoaching.com. If you have not had any interaction with me or engaged with my emails for a period of more than 2 years, all of your personal information will be deleted.

You have the right to:

• See a copy of all personal information I hold for you,

• Request correction of any inaccurate personal information I hold for you,

• Request deletion of all personal information I hold for you,

• Specify limits on how I use the personal information I hold for you,

• Request I transfer all personal information I hold for you to you or a specific third party.

Children's privacy

My services do not address anyone under the age of 13 and I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me at mj@healanicoaching.com. If I become aware that I have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, I will ensure the information is deleted. If I need to process information provided by anyone aged 13-18, I will require a parent or guardian's consent before collecting and using it.

When this policy is updated the new policy will be immediately posted at https://www.healanicoaching.com/privacy-policy. Changes will become effective from that date. You may want to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will communicate when changes were most recently made.
